The application process has three steps:
First step, gather the following documents and send them to the address below:
1. Fill Out the Application Form
2. Submit three letters of recommendation
3. One letter of Intent, including your bio and stating your interests, your professional needs, and your dreams!
4. Resume
Note: If applying through CAPIC - please send in your CAPIC application with your Internship application to Pacific Institute.
Once received, you will be contacted to attend an introductory orientation to the Institute mission and philosophy, visit some of the practicum sites, and to discuss your interests and professional needs.
Second step, after attending the Orientation, if you are interested and become a candidate, you should have an interview with the clinical team. When accepted, you should complete the third step.
Third step, produce the following documents:
1. Live Scan (New Fingerprinting system); the form will be provided by us after completing the second step.
2. CPR and First Aid training (for you to complete before starting in any local agency)
3. Health screening and TB Test (for you to provide certification from your primary care physician or medical provider)
