Arnold and Amy Mindell and Process Oriented Psychology

Arny Mindell developed process work in the mid 1970’s and has expanded its theory and application since. Amy and Arny Mindell are part of the original group that created the first school of Process Oriented Psychology, also known as “process work” in Zurich, Switzerland in the early 1980’s. Depending upon its application, some of its parts are called “dreambody work”, “worldwork”, “coma work” “brown politics. Amy is known for her book, Metaskills, The Spiritual Art Of Therapy, and Arny for having written Dreambody, The Shaman's Body, Sitting in the Fire and Quantum Mind.
